Bitcoin Decoded

This is a series of articles about Bitcoin. My goal is to explain what Bitcoin is and how it works, clearly and without unnecessary jargon. The articles are based on a talk I give from time to time at work, called "Bitcoin Decoded: The Technology Behind Digital Money". I go into some technical depth, but in a way that everyone can follow. You do not need any prior knowledge of Bitcoin, cryptography, or computer science.

This series focuses on how Bitcoin works, not on how to buy or invest in it.
